Big size apartment with gates. Very very helpful and amicable staff members, incredible location near to public transport, and the lake. Also, close to the ski area Grindenwald.

The unit we got was clean with the required bedding, a stunning view and balcony. The staff were amicable and nice and the location was incredible to everything in the town.

Would recommend this place and would go back in flash. The hotel was in a particularly good location close to railway station, ski resorts and the ski area. It also was to the lake with the castle.

We have stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious here with balcony, a stunning view, for example.

The location was perfect for our romantic escape, being just a short walk from the train station. We were able to explore the beautiful surroundings easily and enjoy the stunning lake views from our balcony. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing stay. having a lock box and code allowed us the flexibility to check-in at our convenience without any hassle.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. it was a bit challenging to locate the apartment as there were no clear signs indicating the entrance.

I enjoyed the city and hotel, would return anytime. The property was the best base for enjoying a very quiet area, close enough to railway station, the castle and the ski area Grindenwald. The location was marvellous, overlooking city. Also, the hotel was 15 minutes drive from Spielplatz Strandweg.

The location of the apartment was very convenient, as it was close to the train station in Spiez. This made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area, including the nearby ski area in Grindelwald. The view from the balcony was also stunning, with a beautiful lake and Spiez Castle. The kitchenette in the apartment was well-equipped, allowing us to cook our own meals. The wifi worked well, and the main bedroom bed was very comfortable.

There were some minor issues with the apartment, such as the lack of a fan or air conditioning, which made it quite hot during the day. the bed and pillow covers were not very comfortable, and it would have been helpful to have more cleaning products provided.

The views were amazing, but not as amazing as the lack of response to my messages, the sweltering heat with no fans, and the lovely sound of chairs scraping on the floor all night.

My favorite part was finding hair in the bathroom and breadcrumbs on the floor. How thoughtful of the previous guests to leave me some souvenirs!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a smart television that had Netflix and YouTube. It seemed new and recently refurbished. The location was great, with a supermarket and other shops nearby. We appreciated the paid parking option across the street and the many blue zones for parking. The entrance system with the app and PIN code worked well. The apartment size was big and the lake view was amazing. It only took us around 5-10 minutes to walk from the train station to the apartment. All kitchenware, including cooking oil and detergent, were provided, which was a pleasant surprise. it was a great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.
